Refund Policy

Users must submit refund requests within
14 days
of purchase.
3. Valid Reasons for Refund:
Refunds may be granted if:
The service was not delivered as promised.
The product received is defective or malfunctioning.
You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
Fully delivered services, downloadable content, or custom-built projects cannot be refunded.
5. Service Usage:
If more than 20% of the service has already been utilized, refunds may not be permitted.
6. Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within
7–10 business days
to the original payment method.
7. Required Documentation:
Users may need to provide receipts, screenshots, or proof of issue.
8. Payment Gateway Fees:
Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be non-refundable.
9. Subscription Refunds:
For subscription services, refunds apply only to unused months.
10. Training / Mentorship Refunds:
No refunds are given after sessions have begun or content has been accessed.
11. Company Error:
If the issue is caused by ASUITECH SOLUTIONS, a full refund will be provided.
12. Customer Error:
Incorrect purchases made by the user may not qualify for a refund.
13. Abuse of Refund Policy:
Repeated refund requests may result in account suspension.
14. Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion.
15. Processing Time:
Bank delays may extend refund visibility beyond our processing window.
16. Third-Party Payments:
If purchased through third-party platforms, refunds must follow their policies.
